Shipping Policy

Our standard methods of shipping are UPS Ground & USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping time can take up to 5-7 business days (probably sooner) once the order leaves our warehouse.

We also offer faster UPS shipping options Please note Next Day Air shipping cutoff is 2:00pm PST, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day.

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer, please make sure that you’re using your correct shipping address. Address changes cannot be made after your order has been placed. Please double check that your ship to address is correct, thank you!

Once the package has been picked up from our warehouse by UPS or USPS it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver the package. Loss, damage, or theft is out of our control and is the responsibility of the shipping company and/or recipient. Thanks for your understanding.

Please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email for details about your shipment and proof of delivery. If your package has been lost or stolen you can file a claim with UPS here or USPS here.

By providing your email address and/or cell phone number you hereby authorize Dad Grass to send shipping confirmation and updates, and customer services inquiries about your order.

Please note packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed between 12/25-12/31 may experience delays.

 

International Shipping

Dad Grass does not currently ship hemp products internationally.  We are working on a solution that would allow us to share the Grass worldwide and hope to have an announcement on this in the near future. We do however ship all our Merch products all around the world!
