Shipping & Returns

We offer fast shipping to anywhere in the United States. All items ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 24-48 processing before orders ship.  Please note USPS priority is not a guaranteed service. 

Returns
You may only return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs. 

Cancellation
You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund.  Cancellations done after the 12 hour period will not be refunded due to the strict nature of CBD payment processing.

Exchanges
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
